Mohammed Bin Rashid Establishment for Small and Medium Enterprises Development has launched Majlis Al Mustaqbal, a new programme aimed at equipping young entrepreneurs with the tools, mentorship, and exposure needed to turn ideas into viable businesses.
The initiative aligns with Dubai’s broader push to strengthen its innovation ecosystem and support emerging talent.
Organised under Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism, the first edition will run from 28 to 30 April 2026 at Dubai Founders HQ. Over three days, participants will engage in ideation, team formation, business model development, and pitch training, culminating in final presentations to a panel of industry experts.

The programme, which translates to “Gathering of the Future,” is designed to move participants from concept to execution. It offers direct access to mentors, investors, and ecosystem stakeholders, enabling founders to refine ideas and build investor-ready pitches.
According to Ahmad Al Room Almheiri, Acting CEO of Dubai SME, the initiative is focused on helping entrepreneurs transition from inspiration to action while contributing to a future-focused economy. He noted that connecting participants with key stakeholders supports the goals of the Dubai Economic Agenda D33, which aims to position the emirate as a global innovation hub.
Participants will present their concepts to a jury that includes representatives from organisations such as Dubai Municipality, du, Wio Bank, Aramex, Digital Dubai, Dubai Sports Council, and Intelak Hub. The top three teams will be recognised at the end of the programme.
Planned as a recurring initiative, Majlis Al Mustaqbal is expected to create a steady pipeline of early-stage ventures and contribute to Dubai’s long-term economic growth strategy.
