Dubai South Properties has unveiled Hayat, a sprawling 10-million-square-foot residential development set to rise in the Golf District of Dubai South, near Al Maktoum International Airport.
The newly announced community will feature around 2,500 residential units and is designed as a master-planned project aimed at enhancing Dubai South’s growing urban landscape. Hayat is positioned to attract residents with its strategic location and connectivity.
The site offers direct access to major highways such as Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road and Emirates Road, and is minutes away from major business hubs including the Jebel Ali Free Zone and Dubai South Free Zone.
Construction of the first phase is underway, with completion expected by the second quarter of 2028.
