Dubai South Properties has announced the complete sell-out of South Living Tower, its luxury apartment project located in The Residential District at Dubai South.
Construction for the highly anticipated development commenced in September with the appointment of a main contractor, and the project is scheduled for completion by Q1 2027.
South Living Tower will feature 209 spacious apartments, including studios, 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units, alongside special-terraced apartments.
