Dubai South has launched new multiuser logistics facilities within its Logistics District to support the growing needs of regional and global businesses.

Covering a built-up area of approximately 215,278 sq. ft., the project introduces combinable, flexible units designed to enhance operational efficiency and meet the evolving requirements of companies in the logistics, e-commerce, and trade sectors.

Strategically positioned in the freight forwarding zone, the facilities offer direct access to Al Maktoum International Airport, Jebel Ali Port, and the UAE’s national road network, creating a seamless logistics corridor for rapid cargo movement and efficient supply chain operations. The development is scheduled for completion and handover in Q1 2026.

These modern units are temperature-controlled, air-conditioned, and available in two sizes—2,152 sq. ft. and 3,767 sq. ft.—with scalable configurations that can adapt to various business models. The spaces are designed for easy fit-out and customisation, with ground-level access and on-site amenities that enhance convenience for both businesses and employees.

The facilities target a broad client base, including SMEs, logistics providers, e-commerce companies, and traders, particularly those in need of secure, strategically located premises for international operations. Their flexible nature makes them suitable for companies looking to scale and optimise their logistics footprint in the region.

Mohsen Ahmad, CEO of the Logistics District at Dubai South, stated:

“The launch of our new multiuser facilities underscores our commitment to supporting SMEs by providing strategically located, state-of-the-art infrastructure that meets the evolving demands of the regional and global markets.”

This initiative aligns with Dubai South’s long-term vision of creating a logistics-centric ecosystem that encourages innovation, sustainability, and business growth, reinforcing Dubai’s role as a leading hub for global trade and logistics.
