Dubai South Properties has announced significant progress on The Pulse Beachfront, a luxury master-planned community in Dubai South’s Residential District.
The project, now 90% complete, is set to finish Phase 1, comprising 251 units, by the end of the year. The development features 788 residential units, including three-, four-, and five-bedroom villas and townhouses. These units range from 2,600 to 4,800 square feet and include master bedrooms, private gardens, and other luxury amenities.
The Pulse Beachfront has been met with high demand, with all units selling out at launch. This demand reflects the broader trend in Dubai South, where real estate projects continue to attract investors due to the area's strategic location, quality offerings, and competitive pricing.
The project boasts a wide array of amenities, such as a large water lagoon, an artificial beachfront, a half-Olympic size swimming pool, fitness facilities, and spaces for various sports activities. Additional features include a kid’s club, water park, retail outlets, and extensive green spaces.
Nabil Al Kindi, CEO of Dubai South Properties, highlighted the area’s appeal to investors and revealed plans for future developments to meet the growing demand for apartments. The Residential District of Dubai South, home to over 25,000 residents, offers a comprehensive lifestyle with public parks, sports courts, retail shops, a hypermarket, a mosque, a petrol station, and public transport connections.
A GEMS Founders School is also set to open soon, subject to KHDA approvals, further enhancing the community’s appeal. The Pulse Beachfront aims to offer a unique living experience with its focus on wellness and luxury amenities, solidifying its position as a key development in Dubai’s real estate landscape.
