Dubai to Host 7th Edition of AccessAbilities Expo in October
Day-to-day care, rehabilitation, and inclusion for the global population of People of Determination, currently at 1.3 billion and projected to reach two billion by 2050, are set to advance further with the 7th edition of the AccessAbilities Expo.
The event will take place from October 6th to 8th at the Dubai World Trade Centre, featuring 270 exhibitors from 50 countries.
H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Patron of the Expo, emphasized Dubai’s leadership in empowering People of Determination, stating,
“Driven by our leadership’s vision, this Expo reinforces Dubai’s position as a global hub for assistive technologies.”
He highlighted the Expo’s role in addressing critical issues, such as autism and inclusive education, while showcasing innovations that enhance accessibility.
Organized by Nadd Al Shiba PR and Event Management, the Expo will span 12,000 square meters and welcome over 15,000 visitors from 70 nations. The event will debut cutting-edge technologies, including 4,500 advanced products for mobility, visual, auditory, and intellectual disabilities, alongside solutions for autism spectrum disorder.
This initiative aligns with the UAE’s vision of ensuring dignity and quality of life for all. By fostering collaboration between government entities and private sectors, the UAE continues to position itself as a global leader in inclusion and empowerment for People of Determination.
The AccessAbilities Expo stands as a testament to Dubai’s commitment to creating an inclusive society where no one is left behind.
