Dubai will host the Mohammed bin Rashid Leaders Forum on Wednesday at the Dubai World Trade Centre, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
The annual event will bring together 1,000 senior government and private sector leaders to explore strategies for leadership, management, and Dubai’s future transformation.
Organised by the Mohammed bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development (MBRCLD), the forum aims to translate Sheikh Mohammed’s leadership philosophy into actionable frameworks across Dubai’s government and private sectors. Discussions will focus on foresight, proactive decision-making, and strategic leadership practices that enhance performance efficiency and sustainability.
The programme will feature panel discussions, workshops, masterclasses, and specialised roundtables covering sectors such as economy, healthcare, education, technology, infrastructure, and culture. Leaders will exchange expertise, showcase global best practices, and explore innovative approaches to address emerging challenges and opportunities.
Mohammed Abdullah Al Gergawi, Chairman of MBRCLD, highlighted the forum’s role in shaping the next generation of leaders.
“The forum gathers top leadership figures to realise Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum’s vision of making Dubai the world’s best city,”
he said, emphasising leadership as a responsibility that transforms challenges into opportunities.
The forum will also facilitate strategic agreements with leading international universities to produce research and case studies documenting Dubai’s transformation and governance philosophy. Through these initiatives, MBRCLD continues to cement its reputation as a global centre for leadership development, dedicated to nurturing innovative, future-ready leaders who can sustain Dubai’s and the UAE’s global leadership across sectors.
