Dubai is set to host the third edition of Machines Can See, the Gulf region’s largest computer vision and AI summit, on April 23–24.

Organised by Polynome Events, the summit is a flagship event of the inaugural Dubai AI Week, led by the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence.

Backed by major entities including Digital Dubai, Yango Group, MBZUAI, Mastercard, and Adia Lab, the summit will bring together global AI pioneers, policymakers, and tech leaders to explore the transformative potential of artificial intelligence.

Alexander Khanin, Head of Polynome Events, highlighted key themes such as robotics, agentic AI, and threats to large language models, adding that a panel in collaboration with Dubai Police will delve into AI’s role in safe cities.

Notable attendees include UAE AI Minister Omar Sultan Al Olama and Hamad Obaid Al Mansoori of Digital Dubai. A key highlight is the Ministerial Session, featuring top officials from Kazakhstan and Malaysia, who will discuss national IT strategies and AI development.

SAP will host a hands-on workshop—Turning AI into Real-World Results—guiding businesses on deploying AI to drive innovation and efficiency.

Panels will explore topics ranging from ethical AI deployment to AI-powered investments. Standout sessions include AI for a Better and Safer World, Good AI: Between Hype and Mediocrity, and Robots: Are We Ready?, featuring speakers from IBM, Roche Pharma, Amazon Prime Video, and MBZUAI.

Yango Group will also showcase Yasmina, its Arabic AI assistant, alongside autonomous delivery robots and AI warehouse solutions.

With Dubai’s strategic vision at the forefront, Machines Can See is poised to cement the city’s position as a regional leader in AI innovation and adoption.
