Dubai is set to host the 30th edition of the Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) World Congress, from September 16 to 20, 2024, at the Dubai World Trade Center.

This landmark event, organized by Intelligent Transport in Europe (ERTICO) in collaboration with ITS America and ITS Asia-Pacific, marks the first time the congress will be held outside Europe, North America, Australia, and East Asia. The event is expected to draw 20,000 participants, including 800 speakers, who will engage in over 200 diverse sessions.

Under the theme "Mobility Driven by ITS," the congress will delve into the latest advancements in smart mobility and transportation technology. Key topics include innovations in intelligent transportation, sustainable mobility, smart city integration, autonomous vehicles, and data-driven decision-making.

RTA has highlighted the significance of hosting this event as a testament to Dubai's growing influence in intelligent transportation. The event will include thematic plenaries, international and regional forums, and technical sessions. Panel discussions will cover topics such as automated transport across various modes, cybersecurity in national connectivity, and innovations in clean mobility.

In addition to these discussions, the congress will feature an extensive exhibition showcasing cutting-edge technologies, technical visits, and real-life demonstrations. This platform will allow industry leaders, experts, and decision-makers to exchange ideas, explore trends, and establish strategic partnerships.
