Dubai Welcomes Ramadan with Special Passport Stamp for Inbound Travelers

As part of the #RamadanInDubai campaign, launched under the guidance of His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Second Deputy Ruler of Dubai and Chairman of the Dubai Media Council, Dubai is greeting its visitors this Ramadan with a special touch.

For the second consecutive year, the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA) is stamping the passports of inbound travelers with the #RamadanInDubai logo, offering a memorable start to their journey.

The initiative, creatively designed by Brand Dubai, the Government of Dubai Media Office's creative arm, showcases the emirate's innovative spirit and deep respect for tradition. This year’s campaign reflects the city’s commitment to celebrating the Holy Month through an array of diverse cultural, sports, community, and religious events.

In collaboration with government, semi-government, and private sector entities, the #RamadanInDubai campaign unifies the celebrations across the city, promoting a sense of shared joy and connection. The campaign not only enhances Dubai’s vibrant atmosphere during Ramadan but also highlights authentic Emirati traditions, giving both residents and visitors a unique and enriching experience during this sacred time.

With this stamp, Dubai is reinforcing its role as a global hub where innovation meets culture, creating unforgettable moments for all who visit during Ramadan.
