The agreement was signed by Her Excellency Naeema Ahli, CEO of Dubai Women Establishment, and Khaled Hobballah, Senior Country Officer for the Middle East and North Africa at J.P. Morgan. The MoU sets a framework for both entities to collaborate on initiatives that support career growth, leadership skills, and mentorship for women across sectors.

As part of the collaboration, the two organisations will design and roll out programmes focused on economic empowerment and leadership development. Plans include workshops, seminars, and specialised events that bring together women leaders to exchange knowledge and build professional networks.

J.P. Morgan will provide expertise for training programmes, contribute to the development of joint events, and offer mentorship support to participants involved in the initiatives.

Her Excellency Naeema Ahli said the partnership aligns with DWE’s ongoing strategy to elevate women’s roles in the national economy through impactful cooperation with global institutions. She noted that the collaboration will introduce valuable opportunities for Emirati women to benefit from international best practices.
