Dubai Women Establishment (DWE), under the directives of Her Highness Sheikha Manal bint Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has launched a specialised training programme to equip Emirati women leaders with advanced protocol skills, reinforcing their ability to represent the UAE on both local and international platforms.

The three-day programme, held from 22 to 24 September in collaboration with The Protocol School of Washington, brought together 20 female leaders from government and semi-government entities in Dubai. The training focused on enhancing communication, professional conduct, and executive presence, while instilling values rooted in the UAE’s traditions and culture.

Her Excellency Naeema Ahli, CEO of Dubai Women Establishment, said the initiative reflects DWE’s commitment to empowering women beyond academic and professional qualifications. She emphasised the importance of protocol as a key pillar in shaping strong female leaders capable of representing the nation with competence and confidence.

Delivered by Pamela Eyring, President of The Protocol School of Washington, and Vice President Saeed Al-Salkhadi, the programme covered topics such as leadership through protocol, public speaking, official correspondence, diplomatic interaction, and handling high-level situations.

The training is part of a wider series of initiatives by DWE to develop Emirati women across all sectors, fostering excellence and preparing them to thrive in leadership and diplomatic environments in line with the UAE’s vision for women’s empowerment.
