Dubai's skyline is set to welcome a new marvel with the unveiling of Burj Azizi, a towering skyscraper that promises to make an indelible mark on the city’s architectural landscape.
Standing at a staggering 725 meters, Burj Azizi will be the second tallest building in the world upon its completion in 2028.
Azizi Developments has announced that the 131-plus-storey tower will feature several world records, including the highest hotel lobby at level 11, the highest nightclub at level 126, and the highest observation deck at level 130. Additionally, the building will house the highest restaurant in Dubai on level 122 and the highest hotel room in the city on level 118.
The skyscraper will be more than just a visual spectacle. It will include an all-suite seven-star hotel, themed around seven different cultures, as well as luxurious residences comprising penthouses, apartments, and holiday homes. Burj Azizi will offer a plethora of amenities such as wellness centers, swimming pools, saunas, cinemas, gyms, and more.
As the only freehold property on Sheikh Zayed Road, Burj Azizi will also feature a vertical retail center across seven floors, a luxury ballroom, a beach club, and an adrenaline zone. The project is expected to revolutionize Dubai's real estate market and is set to become a new benchmark for luxury and innovation.
