The 30th edition of the Dubai International Pharmaceuticals and Technologies Conference and Exhibition (DUPHAT) concluded successfully, securing AED9.35 billion in trade deals over three days.

Held at the Dubai World Trade Centre, the event reinforced the UAE's position as a global leader in pharmaceutical and healthcare innovation.

Attracting over 31,000 visitors from 101 countries, DUPHAT 2025 featured participation from 1,400 global companies and showcased cutting-edge advancements in pharmaceuticals, healthcare, and dietary supplements. This year’s edition also launched "VitaShow Dubai," spotlighting over 275 global brands in the growing dietary supplements market.

The conference hosted 155 expert speakers who delivered 130 scientific sessions, alongside nine professional workshops and 400 student-led scientific posters. Attendees earned 83.5 Continuing Medical Education (CME) hours accredited by leading health authorities.

Amb. Dr. Abdulsalam AlMadani, Executive Chairman of DUPHAT, highlighted the event’s dual focus on scientific and economic support for the pharmaceutical sector.

“Through DUPHAT, we aim to foster innovation and strengthen partnerships among decision-makers, reinforcing the UAE’s leadership in global healthcare advancements,”

he stated.

Notable exhibitors included GSK, which spotlighted pharmacy-based vaccination programs, and iNova Pharmaceuticals, unveiling its Betadine Cold Defense formula. Countries like Poland, China, and Turkey brought diverse innovations, further enhancing global collaboration.

Organised by INDEX Conferences and Exhibitions with Dubai Health Authority support, DUPHAT continues to be a cornerstone for innovation and growth in the pharmaceutical sector, driving the UAE’s sustainable economic vision.
