DWE’s vision has always been to pioneer distinction amongst working women, to help provide them with the tools and opportunities that will guide their sense of direction in their career trajectories, which will be achieved through opportunities like the YES! Mentorship Programme, which is in collaboration with international institutions and countries that have outstanding experience in policies that support women, especially the Nordic countries.

And it was able to achieve this by investing the talents of all its residents, not just half of the population.”
