DXB LIVE, the event management and experiential arm of Dubai World Trade Centre, recorded a 40 percent growth in the first half of 2025, reinforcing its position as a leading regional and international event services provider.
The agency delivered 127 events, including exhibitions, conferences, entertainment shows, and graduation ceremonies across the UAE and abroad.
Serving as the prime contractor for 38 major events, DXB LIVE constructed over 430,000 square feet of event features and developed 272 exhibition stands, with 36 stands deployed internationally in markets including Germany, Saudi Arabia, India, Egypt, Morocco, and Kuala Lumpur.
The company’s portfolio spans major global events such as Gulfood, World Police Summit, Dubai Coffee Festival, Arabian Travel Market, GITEX Africa, and GITEX Berlin. Notably, the World of Coffee Dubai 2025 drew 17,000 visitors from 78 countries, a 30 percent increase from the previous year, while the World Police Summit hosted 53,922 experts from over 110 countries, marking a threefold growth in attendance.
DXB LIVE also reinforced its cultural and technological footprint through the Hatta Cultural Nights and international GITEX events, delivering immersive experiences that highlight Dubai’s cultural heritage and technological innovation.
Early this year, the agency launched a dedicated brand management department to provide integrated branding strategies, reflecting its commitment to innovation and client-focused solutions.
The company’s excellence has been recognized with three awards at the Middle East Event Awards 2025, including Best Community Event for Hatta Cultural Nights, Best Stand Design and Build for FujiFilm at Medlab, and Best Event on a Budget for Dubai Coffee Festival 2024.
