Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has released the operational schedule for all its services during the Eid Al Adha holiday, affecting public transport, customer service centres, parking, and marine transit across the city.

All Customer Happiness Centres will remain closed for the holiday period, except for Smart Centres at Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, and RTA Headquarters, which will remain operational 24/7.

Service provider centres, including technical testing facilities, will be shut from 5th to 7th June. Limited testing services will resume on 8th June at select locations, with all services returning to normal on 9th June.

Dubai Metro will run from 5:00 am to 1:00 am (next day) on both the Red and Green lines from 4th to 7th June. The Dubai Tram will operate during the same dates from 6:00 am to 1:00 am.

For public buses, riders are advised to check the S’hail app for updated schedules. Route E100 from Al Ghubaiba to Abu Dhabi will be suspended from 4th to 8th June. Commuters can use Route E101 from Ibn Battuta or Route E102 from Al Jafiliya to Zayed International Airport during this time.

Marine transport users can find the full holiday schedule via the RTA's official link.

Public parking will be free across Dubai from 5th to 8th June, excluding multi-level parking terminals.

The RTA encourages residents and visitors to plan ahead and make use of smart channels for real-time updates during the holiday.
