Emaar Properties PJSC (DFM: EMAAR) has reported its strongest financial performance to date, with remarkable achievements in sales, revenue, and profitability for 2024.

The company's sales reached a record-breaking AED 70 billion (US$ 19 billion), marking a 72% increase over 2023's sales. This surge contributed to a 55% growth in its revenue backlog, which now exceeds AED 110 billion (US$ 30 billion), securing strong future revenue growth.

The company also posted a 33% year-on-year increase in revenue, reaching AED 35.5 billion (US$ 9.6 billion), with net profit before tax soaring by 25% to AED 18.9 billion (US$ 5.1 billion). In recognition of its success, Emaar announced a proposed 100% dividend for 2024, totaling AED 8.8 billion, doubling its payout from the previous year.

Expanding its footprint, Emaar acquired 141 million square feet of prime development land in Dubai, valued at AED 96 billion. The company also remains committed to sustainability, resource management, and environmental responsibility, outlining strategies for waste and water stewardship.

Customer satisfaction remained at the core of Emaar’s efforts, with the company covering all repair costs for homes affected by severe weather at no charge to homeowners. The company’s investments in young talent and innovation ensure its continued growth in the UAE and beyond.

Additionally, Emaar's shopping malls and hospitality divisions reported strong performances, with Dubai Mall maintaining its status as the most visited place on Earth. The international segment, particularly in Egypt and India, also showed significant growth.
