Emirates will introduce its Airbus A350 aircraft to Canada on 1 February 2026, upgrading the daily Montréal–Dubai service with the airline’s latest cabin products and marking the arrival of Premium Economy in the Canadian market.
The A350 will replace the Boeing 777 currently operating the route and will offer customers a refreshed onboard experience. The aircraft features three cabin classes, including 32 Business Class seats in a 1-2-1 layout, 28 Premium Economy seats with wider space and added comfort, and 238 Economy Class seats.
The A350 will operate daily as EK243 and EK244. EK243 will depart Dubai at 02:45 and arrive in Montréal at 07:35. EK244 will leave Montréal at 10:40 and land in Dubai at 08:00 the next day. Emirates noted that the deployment may be brought forward if aircraft deliveries run ahead of schedule.
The move strengthens Emirates’ commitment to the Canadian market by offering more choice for passengers and expanding access to its newest inflight innovations. The airline already flies its flagship A380 daily to Toronto, giving travellers two upgraded gateways between Canada and the UAE.
Through its codeshare agreement with Air Canada, Emirates customers can connect to 37 destinations across Canada and the United States from Montréal and Toronto. Travellers on all Emirates flights can expect regional dining options and a library of 6,500 entertainment channels in multiple languages.
Tickets are available on emirates.com, the Emirates App, retail stores, the contact centre, and through travel agents.
