Emirates is expanding its footprint in Southeast Asia with the addition of four weekly flights between Dubai and Manila, reinforcing its long-term commitment to the Philippines and strengthening connectivity across its global network.

The new services will operate as flight EK330 on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, starting 2 April. Return services will operate as EK331. All flights will be served by Emirates’ Boeing 777-300ER aircraft.

The wide-body aircraft offers a three-class configuration, including eight private suites in First Class, 42 lie-flat seats in Business Class, and 304 seats in Economy Class. The deployment reflects sustained demand across leisure, corporate, and specialist travel segments.

With the increased frequency, Emirates aims to provide greater flexibility and improved connectivity for corporate travellers, marine customers, and the large Filipino diaspora. The expanded schedule enhances access across key markets on the airline’s network, including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Europe, the United States, and South Africa.

The additional flights also improve onward connections via Dubai, offering shorter transfer times to destinations in Canada and the United States, as well as late-morning departures to major European cities such as Milan, London, Budapest, and Athens.

Beyond passenger travel, the expansion delivers a significant boost to cargo capacity. Each Boeing 777-300ER can carry up to 20 tonnes of cargo with a full passenger load. The added services will support stronger trade flows between Manila and Dubai, while enhancing links to Europe, the United States, and the Indian subcontinent.

The move aligns with Emirates’ broader growth strategy in Southeast Asia and its focus on supporting both passenger demand and global trade connectivity.
