Emirates and Dubai Chambers have signed a memorandum of understanding to help Dubai-based small and medium enterprises grow internationally, giving them easier access to global logistics, travel rewards and supply chains.
The agreement was signed by Adnan Kazim, Emirates Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, and Khalid AlJarwan, Executive Vice President of Commercial and Corporate Services at Dubai Chambers, at Seamless Middle East 2026.
Under the deal, members of Dubai Chamber of Commerce, one of the three chambers under Dubai Chambers, will gain access to tailored logistics solutions through Emirates SkyCargo. The air freight division will draw on its network across six continents and its wide-body fleet to support companies planning to expand abroad. Members can also use Emirates Courier Express, the division's door-to-door shipping product, for fast and cost-effective delivery and clearance.
The partnership also brings Emirates Business Rewards into the picture. Dubai Chamber of Commerce members who join the programme for the first time will receive a 2,000-point welcome bonus and can earn rewards on Dubai Chambers-related services. Both parties will collaborate on joint events and promotional activities, with further benefits to be developed over time.
Kazim said small and medium enterprises are key drivers of innovation and growth in Dubai, and that Emirates Courier Express gives them the same global reach available to larger organisations. AlJarwan said the collaboration would help member companies reach new markets more efficiently and support the Dubai Economic Agenda D33 by strengthening private sector competitiveness and foreign trade.
Emirates SkyCargo and Dubai Chambers will also develop frameworks for startups, including joint workshops, knowledge-sharing platforms and tailored cargo advisory programmes to improve supply chain efficiency.
