In a transformative partnership launched seven years ago, Emirates and flydubai have revolutionized air travel, providing passengers with an unparalleled network of destinations, enhanced services, and seamless travel experiences through Dubai.
The collaboration offers travelers access to a combined network of over 225 destinations in more than 100 countries. Emirates customers can explore 118 flydubai destinations, while flydubai passengers benefit from access to 136 Emirates locations. Key destinations such as Baku, Krabi, and Zanzibar are particularly popular among travelers.
On average, passengers can choose from 275 codeshare flights daily, allowing for greater flexibility and expanded schedules. Since 2017, the two airlines have operated more than 1.5 million flights, carrying over 19 million passengers — equal to the combined populations of Paris and New York City.
The partnership also enhances the airport experience, with passengers enjoying smoother check-ins, efficient baggage transfers, and optimized flight schedules. flydubai now operates over 300 weekly flights from Terminal 3 to popular destinations, and Business Class travelers benefit from exclusive check-in services at Terminal 2.
The airlines' loyalty program, Emirates Skywards, has also flourished, with over 2 million members enjoying perks such as extra baggage allowance, priority check-ins, and updated Cash+Miles rates on flydubai flights, enhancing the overall value of the program.
Looking ahead, both airlines are committed to further elevating the customer experience. Emirates is upgrading over 200 aircraft, while flydubai continues its investment in premium services, including the launch of a dedicated Business Class check-in area.
This dynamic partnership promises even more exciting travel opportunities for passengers in the years to come.
