Emirates has wrapped up a highly successful participation at ITB Berlin, marking a significant milestone in its global expansion and commitment to the travel industry.
Over the course of the three-day event, the airline secured 11 strategic agreements, held 270 high-level meetings, and welcomed over 6,000 visitors to its booth, which showcased its state-of-the-art A350 cabins, Onboard Lounge, Shower Spa, and sustainability efforts.
In a bid to strengthen its network, Emirates announced the launch of three new Asian destinations—Shenzhen, Da Nang, and Siem Reap—set to launch in June and July 2025. These routes will enhance connectivity and provide more options for both business and leisure travelers to Southeast and East Asia.
The airline also renewed its commitment to Central Europe by extending its partnership with the Austrian National Tourist Office, celebrating 20 years of operations to Vienna. Additionally, Emirates signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Malta Tourism Authority to boost tourism to the Mediterranean.
Emirates further expanded its air-land-sea connections by strengthening its cruise partnerships. The airline’s extended collaborations with TUI Cruises, Costa Cruises, and AIDA Cruises will enhance seamless travel experiences between air, land, and sea, positioning Dubai as a key global cruise hub.
In a move to elevate the customer experience, Emirates also expanded its partnerships with major online travel agencies, including a deeper collaboration with Expedia Group and a renewed partnership with Trip.com. These alliances aim to offer more personalized travel experiences, from booking to boarding, as part of the airline’s ongoing focus on excellence in customer service.
