Emirates Expands Partnership with Trip.com to Capture Emerging Travel Opportunities

Emirates has announced the expansion of its long-standing partnership with global travel services provider Trip.com, aiming to tap into new markets and customer segments.

The agreement was formalized at ITB Berlin by Nabil Sultan, Executive Vice President of Passenger Sales & Country Management for Emirates, and CT Ooi, VP of Flights Business at Trip.com Group.

This strategic partnership will focus on enhancing Trip.com’s global reach, particularly in Asian and European markets. Leveraging Emirates' extensive international network, the collaboration aims to introduce new travel products and experiences to a wider customer base. Both companies will work on integrating flight offerings with Trip.com's expanding hotel and travel services, creating customized air and hotel packages and exclusive promotions for families, holidaymakers, and other key traveler segments.

Nabil Sultan expressed enthusiasm about the partnership's next phase, highlighting the ability to combine both companies' loyalty programs, offering specialized promotions to increase customer engagement.

“We look forward to empowering Trip.com customers with seamless travel options and exclusive deals,”

he said.

CT Ooi added that the expanded collaboration would further strengthen the integration of flight services with Trip.com's broad portfolio of hotels and travel services, allowing for tailored travel packages and enhanced loyalty rewards.

The expansion comes as Emirates deepens its presence in Asia, with new routes to Shenzhen, China, Da Nang, Vietnam, and Siem Reap, Cambodia. Since its first partnership with Trip.com in 2020, Emirates has made significant strides in boosting its reach in Asia, positioning itself as a leader in global travel services.
