Emirates has signed an agreement to extend its role as the Official Airline and Marketing Partner of the DP World Tour through 2031, further cementing its commitment to professional golf on a global scale.
The partnership includes continued support for an international roster of tournaments across continents, culminating in the prestigious DP World Tour Championship in Dubai.
H.H. Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and Chief Executive of Emirates Airline and Group, expressed pride in the airline’s longstanding ties to golf.
“Emirates’ continued investment in the DP World Tour will allow us to maintain a strong connection with golf fans worldwide,”
he stated, adding that the airline’s support reinforces Dubai’s status as a premier golfing destination.
DP World Tour’s Chief Executive, Guy Kinnings, praised Emirates as one of the tour’s longest-standing partners.
“This long-term agreement is a testament to the strength of our partnership,”
he remarked, noting Emirates' expertise in sports sponsorship and the alignment of their global reach with the tour’s audience.
The renewed partnership provides Emirates with branding visibility throughout the tour season, as well as exclusive marketing opportunities across DP World Tour’s digital platforms. Emirates will also serve as the Official Tournament Partner at 15 events each season, with exclusive Pro-Am experiences and premium hospitality access. Additionally, Emirates will continue to sponsor the Tour’s Virtual Eye, a broadcast feature providing fans with live course insights.
The Emirates Fly Better Moments digital content series will further engage fans by showcasing key on-course highlights, adding an interactive layer to the airline’s robust support of golf’s global tour.
