Emirates Group Renews Rolls-Royce Leadership Programme to Empower UAE Nationals

Emirates Group has renewed its partnership with Rolls-Royce for the Leadership Programme, extending the initiative for another five years to further develop and empower UAE national talent.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed by Adel Al Redha, Deputy President and Chief Operations Officer of Emirates Airline, and Ewen McDonald, Chief Customer Officer of Rolls-Royce, in the presence of senior executives from both organizations.

The extended agreement will introduce five additional cohorts to the bespoke leadership training module, providing enhanced resources and opportunities for career progression. Since its inception, the programme has successfully trained 175 graduates across 11 cohorts, many of whom now hold senior leadership positions within the Emirates Group.

As the flagship leadership initiative of Emirates Group, the Rolls-Royce Leadership Programme is tailored to equip UAE Nationals with essential skills for driving business success. The renewed curriculum includes modules on Financial Management, Commercial Acumen, Sustainability, Emerging Technologies, The Future of Work, Strategy, Personal Impact, and Innovation, ensuring participants are well-prepared for evolving industry challenges.

This strategic renewal reinforces Emirates Group’s commitment to nurturing local talent and fostering future business leaders in the UAE.
