Emirates Health Services (EHS) has achieved an impressive second place among 32 federal entities in the "UAE Digital Government Online Services Index" for 2023.
This index, developed by the Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA), measures digital service quality and participation across government bodies.
The evaluation focused on two key indicators: the Digital Participation and Open Data Index and the Digital Services Quality Index. These metrics assess the efficiency and accessibility of digital services offered to government entities, individuals, and businesses.
Mubaraka Ibrahim, Executive Director of Artificial Intelligence and Acting Chief Information Officer at EHS, expressed pride in this achievement, calling it a testament to the organization's commitment to excellence.
"This milestone brings us closer to eliminating bureaucratic hurdles,"
she said, emphasizing EHS's role in driving the UAE's Digital Government Strategy 2025.
EHS excelled in several service areas, including medical fitness examinations for residency visas, issuing health cards for individuals with disabilities, and handling medical complaints. Additionally, it performed well in mobile healthcare, pre-marital counseling, and university medical fitness examinations.
This prestigious ranking highlights EHS's dedication to enhancing digital services and improving customer experiences. By adopting global best practices and innovative solutions, EHS continues to set high standards for government operations in the UAE.
