Emirates is significantly expanding its operations to accommodate the surge in travel for this year’s Hajj pilgrimage and the Eid Al Adha season, with 33 special flights scheduled to Jeddah and Medina through 31 May and again between 10 and 16 June.

The airline will also operate an additional 13 flights to and from key regional hubs, including Amman, Dammam, Kuwait, and Bahrain, to meet heightened demand during the Eid holidays.

In total, nearly 32,000 Hajj pilgrims will be transported by Emirates over the next three weeks, with passengers traveling from major cities across its global network, including the United States, Pakistan, Indonesia, South Africa, Thailand, and Côte d'Ivoire.

The airline’s expanded schedule reflects a coordinated effort to ensure a smooth and comfortable journey for thousands of worshippers making their way to Saudi Arabia for the annual pilgrimage. Emirates emphasized that all services will follow the necessary protocols to support the unique requirements of Hajj passengers.

This seasonal boost comes as part of Emirates’ ongoing commitment to serve religious travelers and support regional travel during high-demand periods, while maintaining its operational efficiency and service standards.
