Emirates has unveiled its first Emirates World retail store in Southeast Asia, marking a significant milestone in the airline’s commitment to the Philippines.

Located at Shangri-La The Fort in Bonifacio Global City, Manila, the 221-square-meter space offers a fully immersive experience that showcases the airline’s premium offerings.

The store was inaugurated by Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, alongside distinguished guests including First Lady Mrs. Liza Araneta Marcos and UAE Ambassador to the Philippines, His Excellency Mohamed Obaid Al Qataam Al Zaabi.

Kazim emphasized that the Emirates World Store in Manila is a one-stop shop where customers can explore the airline's world-class services, providing a glimpse into Emirates’ onboard hospitality and setting a new benchmark for retail experiences in the Philippines. A standout feature of the store is an Emirates A380 onboard lounge display, offering customers a first-hand look at the luxury that defines Emirates' in-flight experience.

The store also offers a curated selection of Emirates-branded merchandise and travel accessories, including the latest NBA collection. Advanced smart technology is integrated into the store, with interactive self-service screens that allow visitors to explore flight options and check availability.

This launch is part of Emirates' broader retail strategy, which includes a planned investment of AED 100 million to roll out more stores globally over the next three years. Emirates’ continued expansion in the Philippines includes 28 weekly flights connecting Manila, Cebu, and Clark to Dubai, providing enhanced connectivity to over 140 destinations worldwide.
