Emirates has unveiled its latest Emirates World retail store in Riyadh, bringing an experience-led travel concept to the Kingdom.

The new 288-square-metre store offers a stylish, lounge-inspired environment where visitors can plan journeys, receive expert advice, and explore Emirates’ signature products through interactive displays.

The store was inaugurated by Adnan Kazim, Emirates’ Deputy President and Chief Commercial Officer, alongside Sheikh Majid Al Mualla, Divisional Senior Vice President of International Affairs, and Adil Al Ghaith, Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations, Centre. The ceremony was attended by UAE Ambassador to Saudi Arabia Matar Salem Al Dhaheri, Ali Rajab of the Saudi General Authority of Civil Aviation, government representatives, and trade partners.

Adnan Kazim highlighted the importance of the Saudi market, stating that Emirates World in Riyadh demonstrates the airline’s commitment to delivering personalised service and seamless travel solutions for its customers.

The Riyadh store offers a reimagined travel retail experience, blending personalised consultations with smart, interactive technology. Visitors can explore the iconic A380 Onboard Lounge, First-Class suites, and receive guidance on itineraries, ticketing, Emirates Holidays, and Skywards support. Innovative digital features, including a ‘selfie mirror’ with scenic backdrops and self-service kiosks, ensure a smooth, engaging visit.

Emirates has served Saudi Arabia for over 30 years, operating 74 weekly flights across Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Medina, connecting travellers to more than 150 global destinations via Dubai. The airline continues to expand capacity with Airbus A350s, A380s, and retrofitted Boeing 777s, while enhancing services through premium lounges and Chauffeur-Drive options.

The new store underlines Emirates’ enduring commitment to Saudi Arabia, supporting tourism, trade, and business links in line with the Kingdom’s Vision 2030.
