Emirates Post has launched new ‘Emirates Post Kiosks’ at some of Dubai’s leading shopping destinations, including The Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Al Waha Mall and Madina Mall.

This is part of the entity’s ongoing network expansion strategy aimed at increasing the number of locations and channels for customers.

Considering their location in major malls, these kiosks will provide customers with a more convenient and seamless experience in accessing Emirates Post’s key services.

Customers can avail of a variety of services such as PO box registration and collecting or sending domestic and international shipments at these kiosks.

Rashed Huraiz Alfalasi, the acting chief retail officer at Emirates Post, said:

“Emirates Post understands that customers today value speed and convenience when it comes to postal and logistics services, which is why we launched our new kiosks in major shopping centres in the emirate to be even closer to our customers and ensure that they can reach us easily as they go about their daily errands during mall visits.”

Emirates Post is on track in its plans to strengthen its local network and facilitate access to services and innovative solutions.

In other developments, Emirates Post Group has joined Maqta Gateway, the digital arm of AD Ports Group, and SkyGo, an aerial logistics provider to trial a new initiative that would provide comprehensive aerial drone delivery and other services in Abu Dhabi.

As part of the project, Maqta Gateway will deploy its integrated digital marketplace, Margo Hub, to facilitate online transactions between customers; Emirates Post Group will manage the service and provide tracking and status updates, while SkyGo will provide drone solutions.
