Emirates Post’s extensive network, last-mile capabilities, and a "Customer First" mantra among the workforce have been integral to its optimal performance. These have also been instrumental in enabling the company to achieve its key performance indicators (KPIs) while ensuring customer satisfaction and the safety of all delivery crews. Emirates Post has been a driving force behind Amazon’s growth in the region, with a 98.8 per cent average delivery time estimate accuracy and over 90 per cent success in delivery on the first attempt throughout 2021.
