Emirates, the world’s largest international airline, will participate in the 7th edition of the Bahrain International Airshow (BIAS), taking place from November 13 to 15 at Sakhir Airbase in Manama.

The airline will proudly display its retrofitted four-class Airbus A380, featuring a refreshed livery and upgraded cabin interiors, offering a glimpse into the future of aviation comfort.

The updated A380 will showcase 14 private First-Class suites, 76 lie-flat Business Class seats, 56 Premium Economy seats, and 338 Economy Class seats. The dedicated Premium Economy cabin boasts enhanced features, including in-seat charging points and a side cocktail table, designed for both business and leisure travelers. Additionally, the aircraft will feature Emirates' signature Onboard Lounge and the exclusive Shower Spa, providing passengers the unique opportunity to freshen up mid-flight.

His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman and CEO of Emirates Airline & Group, emphasized the airline's commitment to Bahrain and the regional aviation industry, stating,

“Our participation underscores our ties with the Kingdom and our confidence in the industry’s future.”

Emirates is the world’s largest operator of the A380 and is currently conducting a $4 billion retrofit program, with 40 aircraft already receiving full interior updates. The airline’s strong ties with Bahrain date back to 2000, operating 21 weekly flights to the Kingdom, and has transported over 7.8 million passengers.

The airshow marks another milestone in Emirates’ continuous innovation and its longstanding relationship with Bahrain, offering visitors a chance to experience the latest in luxury air travel.
