Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation PJSC, known as Empower, has approved a cash dividend payout of AED437.5 million for the second half of 2025, following a strong financial performance and shareholder backing at its Annual General Meeting.
The meeting, held with a quorum of 85 percent of the company’s paid-up share capital, endorsed the Board of Directors’ proposal to distribute 4.375 fils per share, representing 43.75 percent of the company’s paid-up capital. The payout will be executed in line with Empower’s established dividend policy.
Chaired by Saeed Mohammed Al Tayer, the AGM was attended by CEO Ahmad Bin Shafar and members of the Board. Shareholders also approved the company’s financial statements and performance report for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2025.
Empower reported record revenues of AED3.42 billion and net profits exceeding AED1 billion for the year. Earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization reached AED1.65 billion, reflecting sustained operational efficiency and strong margins.
Al Tayer highlighted the company’s consistent financial growth, attributing it to disciplined operations and strategic direction. Bin Shafar noted that Empower continues to align its expansion plans with Dubai’s broader development trajectory, positioning the company to capitalize on future opportunities in the district cooling sector.
