ENOC Group has moved to strengthen its global footprint by partnering with Germany’s HMS Bergbau AG to market and distribute its marine lubricants across Spain and Türkiye, two of the region’s most strategically positioned maritime hubs.

The agreement allows HMS Bergbau AG to use its established logistics network, storage assets, and customer reach to supply ENOC’s advanced marine lubricant portfolio in both markets. The move supports ENOC’s wider strategy to expand into high-growth maritime corridors that underpin international trade and energy flows.

Hussain Sultan Lootah, Acting CEO of ENOC Group, said the partnership reinforces the UAE’s presence in key global shipping centres and aligns with the company’s long-term plans to deliver reliable marine solutions that enhance vessel performance across major trade routes.

Spain and Türkiye serve as critical gateways linking Europe, Asia, and Africa, with ports that play an essential role in global commerce. ENOC’s marine lubricants are designed to support operational efficiency, extend engine life, and ensure vessel reliability across these heavily trafficked routes.

HMS Bergbau AG CEO Dennis Schwindt said the collaboration broadens the company’s portfolio and strengthens its entry into the marine lubricants segment. He noted that combining ENOC’s technical expertise with HMS Bergbau’s European footprint positions both companies to offer dependable, integrated solutions for customers.

The partnership also supports ENOC Group’s ambitions to scale its international presence and advance maritime sustainability. The company aims to expand marine lubricant supply coverage to more than 900 ports worldwide by the end of 2025.
