Dubai’s ENOC Group has formalized a strategic partnership with DP World and the Ports, Customs and Free Zone Corporation (PCFC) to jointly explore opportunities across energy, logistics, infrastructure, and industrial sectors.

The agreement was signed at the 27th Water, Energy, Technology, and Environment Exhibition (WETEX) at the Dubai World Trade Centre.

The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) establishes a framework for long-term collaboration, allowing the three entities to evaluate and develop projects that support Dubai’s economic growth, energy diversification, and infrastructure development.

The signing was attended by H.E. Nasser Abdulla Al Neyadi, CEO of PCFC and Group Chief Security Officer at DP World, Hussain Sultan Lootah, Acting Group CEO of ENOC, and senior leaders from all three organizations.

Through this alliance, the partners aim to leverage DP World’s global logistics network, PCFC’s regulatory and infrastructure capabilities, and ENOC’s expertise across the energy value chain. The collaboration is expected to drive innovation, competitiveness, and sustainable value creation in the UAE and internationally.

H.E. Al Neyadi highlighted that the partnership aligns with Dubai’s vision to strengthen its role as a global hub for trade, energy, and logistics. He described the collaboration as a step toward integrating economic and logistics ecosystems, advancing sustainability, and unlocking investment opportunities locally and globally.

Hussain Sultan Lootah emphasized that the partnership reflects ENOC’s commitment to operational excellence, energy resilience, and sustainable growth, while supporting Dubai’s ambition to lead as a hub for innovation and integration.

The MoU underscores Dubai’s strategy of fostering public-private collaborations and international partnerships to accelerate economic diversification, infrastructure advancement, and energy security.
