ENOC Group has joined forces with Drive Terra (TERRA), a company specializing in electric vehicle technology, to roll out battery swapping stations across the UAE.
This collaboration marks a significant step towards advancing sustainable energy solutions and aligns with the UAE's Net Zero by 2050 strategic initiative.
The partnership seeks to establish one of the region's largest battery swapping networks, fostering the adoption of e-bikes and setting new standards for sustainable transportation infrastructure. The initiative is expected to revolutionize last-mile delivery operations by addressing key challenges such as high battery costs, charging delays, and range limitations through TERRA’s innovative Batteries-as-a-Service model.
