Experience the magic of Diwali at The Cinnamon Club, Dubai’s modern Indian fine dining destination, nestled within Park Hyatt Dubai. As the vibrant lights of Diwali illuminate the city, guests are invited to a celebration that transcends tradition and culinary excellence.
To mark the occasion, The Cinnamon Club has introduced an expertly crafted set menu available for a limited period from November 10th to 14th. Head Chef Kamini Jha and her expert team have put together a carefully curated offering specifically for the festival of lights, featuring a special thali-style dinner fitting for the Diwali celebration.
Guests can expect a multi-course dinner, featuring a selection of popular favourites from The Cinnamon Club, such as the Tandoori Prawn; Fiery Rajasthani Lamb Curry; Malabar Boatman’s Fish Curry and a selection of fresh-baked Indian breads that will leave diners wanting more. For those who prefer a vegetarian option, there's an equally delectable version featuring dishes like Paneer Pesto Tikka; Jodhpuri Kachori Chaat, which is an all-time guest’s favourite, while the Baingain Ka Salnan, made with fresh aubergines, fat chilies, and tamarind sauce, is dish that is not only bursting with flavour, but is the ideal comfort food for the festive season.
No Diwali celebration is complete without desserts, and guests can indulge in unique Indian sweets, including Gulab Jamun with pistachios and Coconut Rice Kheer served with grilled pineapple and a raspberry crumble.
The restaurant itself will undergo a vibrant transformation, adorned with colourful decorations in every corner. Each table will illuminated the soft glow of ceremonial diyas – traditional clay oil lamps that have illuminated Diwali celebrations for centuries. This luminous ambiance will infuse the Diwali experience with warmth and festive spirit, ensuring an unforgettable celebration for every guest.
