With a mix of sharing starters, a choice of two mains and sharing deserts, guests can leave the pioneering menu up to the team of professionals while enjoying one another’s company.

Operating without borders, the innovative menu begins with starters of Mushroom Pani Puri and Heirloom Carrots, leading onto a choice of two mains per set menu including Miso Seabass, Wagyu Striploin MB7, and Rangoon Agnolotti in Sambhar. To finish on a sweet note, guests can share both the Cheese Course and the Chocolate Veloute. Alongside the set menu, guests can also choose to add four Oysters, a Bottle of Non-Alcoholic Sparkling, a Bottle of Prosecco, and a Bottle of Champagne.
