Expo City Dubai has unveiled Expo Valley Views, a new residential community designed to combine sustainable living with modern urban comforts.
The development, part of the city’s expanding Expo Valley district, will feature high-quality apartments and amenities that reflect the vision of a connected, nature-focused neighbourhood.
The project includes one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments across eight low-rise buildings arranged in a terraced skyline, inspired by mountain landscapes. Residents will enjoy landscaped green spaces, water features, wellness areas, fitness studios, yoga decks, children’s play zones, community cafés, and horse trails, creating a walkable, integrated environment.
Ahmed Al Khatib, Chief Development and Delivery Officer at Expo City Dubai, said the project
“illustrates our vision to build communities that prioritise people and the environment while offering comfort, connectivity, and nature.”
He noted that the launch responds to growing demand for Expo City’s residential offerings and reinforces the city’s role within the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan.
Expo Valley Views integrates sustainability through native plant species, smart irrigation, water reuse systems, and responsibly sourced materials. The development aligns with Expo City Dubai’s broader decarbonisation strategy and supports the UAE’s Net Zero 2050 and Centennial 2071 plans, as well as the National Investment Strategy 2031.
Strategically located minutes from Al Wasl Plaza, cultural hubs, the Dubai Exhibition Centre, and Al Maktoum International Airport, the community offers residents a balance of tranquillity and connectivity. The launch follows the success of other Expo City residential projects, including Expo Valley villas, Mangrove, Sky, Sidr, and Al Waha Residences, and contributes to the city’s long-term plan to accommodate 35,000 residents.
