The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources (FAHR) and Emirates NBD have launched a transformative partnership to eliminate the need for federal employees to provide salary certificates for banking services.

This initiative introduces a direct digital integration model, enabling seamless extraction of salary data through secure connected systems.

The strategic partnership was formalized in the presence of Ohood bint Khalfan Al Roumi, Minister of State for Government Development and The Future, alongside senior officials from Emirates NBD and the UAE Government.

Aligned with the UAE’s vision for a paperless government, the partnership aims to streamline processes, eliminate red tape, and enhance data security. Federal employees will now access banking services without physical documents, simplifying procedures and accelerating service delivery. The initiative will expand to include more national banks, benefiting over 45,000 federal employees across 50+ government entities.

Mohammed bin Taliah, Chief of Government Services, emphasized the UAE’s commitment to zero bureaucracy, stating,

“This collaboration simplifies requirements, accelerates services, and contributes to creating an efficient digital ecosystem.”

Eman Abdulrazzaq, COO of Emirates NBD, highlighted the bank’s role in fostering innovation, saying,

“We are proud to activate services that enhance operational capabilities and deliver a simplified banking experience.”

Ibrahim Fikri, Executive Director at FAHR, lauded the initiative as a proactive prototype for government support services.

“This collaboration enhances digital experiences, minimizes processing times, and achieves zero-routine objectives through automation and integration,”

he noted.

This partnership represents a major leap toward the UAE’s digital transformation goals, fostering innovation and productivity while redefining service delivery for government employees.
