The Federal Authority for Government Human Resources has confirmed that the 54th Eid Al Etihad holiday for employees of federal ministries and entities will take place on 1 and 2 December 2025, giving the public sector a two day break before work resumes on 3 December.
The decision sets the holiday schedule well in advance, allowing federal employees to plan ahead for the national occasion. The authority noted that the holiday applies across all ministries and federal bodies.
In its announcement, the authority extended congratulations to the UAE’s leadership, government, citizens and residents. It conveyed wishes for continued prosperity and progress as the nation prepares to mark the annual celebration.
The holiday coincides with a significant moment in the national calendar that reflects unity and progress across the country.
