The Dubai-based carrier reported a 30 percent increase in the number of Emirati women employees in 2025 compared to 2023, reflecting its continued focus on career development and training opportunities for UAE Nationals.
Nasser Binkherbash, Senior Vice President of Human Resources at flydubai, said the occasion was a tribute to the “remarkable achievements” of Emirati women and reaffirmed the airline’s commitment to fostering a workplace where they can thrive.
To support this growth, flydubai has introduced initiatives including the Ab Initio Pilot Training Programme, Cadet Pilot Programme, Engineering Apprenticeship and a variety of internships and work placements. These initiatives are aimed at strengthening the airline’s talent pipeline while aligning with its long-term growth strategy.
