flydubai has unveiled its first dedicated Business Class check-in facility at Terminal 2 of Dubai International Airport (DXB), designed to enhance the travel experience for its Business Class passengers.
Located near Entrance 3, this new space offers personalized Meet and Assist services, seated check-in, and Fast Track access through passport control and security.
Ghaith Al Ghaith, CEO of flydubai, emphasized the airline's commitment to providing a seamless journey.
“We are excited to extend the personalized service from our cabin to the ground, ensuring our customers’ journeys are efficient and enjoyable from arrival at Terminal 2 until they reach their destination,”
he stated.
The design of the check-in area reflects the serene beauty of Dubai's desert, featuring sweeping arches, warm tones, and minimalist aesthetics to create an inviting atmosphere. A dedicated Business Team is available to assist passengers with inquiries and provide a welcoming experience, including refreshments and a quiet space for relaxation.
Passengers benefit from a complimentary porter service to manage baggage, minimizing wait times. Additionally, a Business Team member escorts them to the flydubai Business Lounge, ensuring a smooth transition with Fast Track access through e-gates.
The new Business Class check-in facility is now operational for all flydubai Business Class customers traveling from Terminal 2. Passengers upgrading to Business Class before check-in are also eligible to use the service. flydubai currently operates a network of over 125 destinations in 55 countries with a modern fleet of 88 Boeing 737 aircraft.
