flydubai has officially inaugurated its new Business Class Lounge at Terminal 2, Dubai International (DXB), marking another milestone in its efforts to enhance passenger experience.
The state-of-the-art 900-square-metre lounge can accommodate over 200 passengers, offering a seamless and comfortable travel experience for premium travelers.
The grand opening was attended by prominent figures, including Hamad Obaidalla, Chief Commercial Officer at flydubai; Major-General Obaid Muhair bin Suroor, Deputy Director-General of the GDRFA; and Jamal Al-Hai, Deputy CEO at Dubai Airports, among other key stakeholders.
Hamad Obaidalla highlighted the significance of the lounge, stating,
“This year, flydubai is celebrating 15 years of operations. We remain committed to constantly evolving and investing in enhancing customer experience, whether in the air or on the ground.”
Mohamed Hassan, Senior Vice President of Airport Services & Cargo at flydubai, emphasized the lounge's importance in offering personalized and efficient services, adding,
“The new Business Class Lounge and boarding gate provide added convenience for passengers, whether they’re traveling for business or leisure.”
This development follows the October launch of flydubai’s new Business Class check-in at Terminal 2, underscoring the airline’s commitment to delivering premium services.
With its modern facilities and strategic upgrades, flydubai continues to solidify its position as a customer-centric airline, setting new benchmarks for travel in the region.
