Dubai Internet City has reinforced its position as a regional cybersecurity hub with the expansion of Forcepoint, a global player in data security known for its AI-driven protection tools.
The move strengthens the emirate’s growing digital ecosystem as organisations across the Middle East face rising data risks.
Forcepoint’s expanded presence brings its Data Security Everywhere platform to more enterprises and government entities in the region. The system integrates AI-powered discovery, behavioural analytics and adaptive risk scoring in one solution designed to manage the demands of complex and distributed data environments.
The announcement was made at the AWARE conference, where Forcepoint introduced enhanced protection for structured data, a category that often sits at the centre of major breaches.
Ammar Al Malik, Executive Vice President – Commercial at TECOM Group and Managing Director of Dubai Internet City, welcomed the development alongside the company’s Dubai leadership team. He said the move reflects Dubai Internet City’s long standing role in advancing the digital economy and supporting global innovators aligned with the Dubai Economic Agenda D33.
Forcepoint’s Senior Vice President for EMEA Sales, Samer Diya, said the expansion underlines the company’s commitment to helping organisations across the Middle East turn insights into effective security action. He highlighted the company’s focus on enabling enterprises to identify critical data, assess risks and safeguard information across distributed environments.
Dubai Internet City hosts more than 150 global cybersecurity and AI companies and a wider community of 4,000 customers and 31,000 tech professionals.
