XFire Truck, the pioneering Qatari restaurant brand specializing in authentic Asian fusion cuisine, is thrilled to announce the opening of its first branch in Umm Suqeim 2, Dubai. This new branch is set to bring its signature stir-fried noodle experience to the UAE, marking a major milestone in the brand’s regional expansion.
XFire Truck was born out of a love for Asian street food and the desire to bring simple yet delicious stir-fried noodles to the Middle East. The brand was founded by two passionate food enthusiasts who, after extensive travels across Asia and Europe, developed a unique culinary concept inspired by their experiences. Starting as a small food truck near Al Sadd Stadium in Qatar, XFire Truck quickly gained popularity for its fresh ingredients, in-house sauces, and dynamic live cooking stations.
Customers can create their own noodle boxes from scratch, choosing from a variety of noodles—including udon, egg, soba, ramen, and whole wheat options—and pairing them with up to 10 house-made sauces ranging from sweet to spicy.. Each dish is prepared fresh in front of the customer, delivering a feast for both the eyes and the palate.
True to its origins, XFire Truck’s Dubai branch offers a cozy, container-inspired ambiance that echoes its food truck roots. The seating capacity accommodates up to 29 guests, with indoor seating for 20 and outdoor seating for nine. The vibrant setting invites diners to enjoy a casual yet immersive dining experience.
Following its success in Qatar and the opening of its first branch in Saudi Arabia in 2023, XFire Truck is excited to bring its innovative dining concept to Dubai.
