The GCC Financial Markets Committee, led by the Saudi Exchange, has unveiled the GCC Exchanges Unified Investor Relations Guideline 2025 to harmonize investor relations practices across the region and strengthen transparency in capital markets.

The framework, developed jointly by the region’s exchanges, provides listed companies with a structured approach to disclosure, ESG integration, and stakeholder engagement. It aims to align GCC practices with international standards and bolster investor confidence.

Abdulla Salem Alnuaimi, Group CEO of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, called the initiative “a key milestone in reinforcing transparency and investor trust,” highlighting its role in empowering issuers to engage more effectively with global markets.

By unifying practices, the guideline offers issuers practical tools for disclosure planning, investor targeting, and credibility building. It also enhances the GCC’s appeal to international investors seeking clarity and consistent communication.

The Committee includes Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, Dubai Financial Market, Bahrain Bourse, Saudi Exchange, Muscat Stock Exchange, Qatar Stock Exchange, and Boursa Kuwait, all working together to elevate the GCC’s position as a global investment hub.
