Dubai’s General Directorate of Identity and Foreigners Affairs (GDRFA Dubai) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Nabd Al Emarat Volunteer Team to strengthen community engagement and promote the culture of volunteering.
The agreement was signed by Major General Awad Mohammed Ghanem Saeed Al Awaim, Assistant Director General for the Human and Financial Resources Sector at GDRFA Dubai, and Dr Khaled Nawab Al Blooshi, Chairman of Nabd Al Emarat.
The partnership aims to enhance cooperation in organizing volunteer initiatives, sharing expertise, and expanding the impact of humanitarian efforts. Both parties will also support national events, provide resources, and use their platforms to highlight the value of volunteering.
GDRFA Dubai said the collaboration reflects its commitment to social responsibility and strategic partnerships that drive sustainable development and improve quality of life.
Dr Al Blooshi expressed pride in the partnership, noting that Nabd Al Emarat will continue to work alongside GDRFA Dubai to deliver impactful initiatives that embody the UAE’s spirit of giving.
