Dubai is gearing up to host GITEX Global 2025 from October 13 to 17 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, bringing together over 6,800 companies and 2,000 startups from 180 countries.
The event, now the world’s largest technology and AI showcase, will spotlight breakthroughs transforming digital infrastructure into intelligent, unified systems driving global productivity.
This year’s focus is on the convergence of data, algorithms, and large language models redefining industries from cloud computing to cybersecurity and digital health. Snowflake will unveil its unified AI Data Cloud, alongside a second regional cloud deployment in the UAE, promising to simplify enterprise AI adoption with built-in governance and security.
Presight, part of the G42 group, introduces IntelliCity, a smart city platform enabling governments to transition from reactive to predictive urban management. Its AI-driven solutions span emergency response, policing, and real-time intelligence.
“AI is now a strategic resource,”
said CEO Thomas Pramotedham, highlighting its role in strengthening digital sovereignty and economic resilience.
IBM brings watsonx, its enterprise AI and data platform, showcasing real-world use cases like Ferrari’s F1 race analytics and Sevilla FC’s AI scouting advisor. The company also presents its Quantum System Two, signaling quantum computing’s growing role in solving complex challenges.
AMD demonstrates its Instinct GPUs and EPYC CPUs built for the demanding compute power of generative AI, while Acer unveils an AI laptop range featuring on-device intelligence for enhanced performance and privacy.
Beyond technology displays, GITEX Global will feature discussions from global thought leaders on the ethical, economic, and societal impacts of AI, setting the stage for a future where intelligence powers every digital interaction.
